Shipping & Returns Policy
Cinhapsari Tomoidjojo retains full ownership of the products until full payment is received.
Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, your order will be shipped within 7 business days (often sooner) after full payment is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. There are no shipments during weekends, bank holidays, or public holidays.
I can ship to most countries. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Indonesia: Usually within 2-3 business days
Rest of the World: 15 - 30 business days
Shipments may experience delays due to extraordinary circumstances such as pandemics and/or other reasons affecting domestic or regional areas where you reside, which are beyond my control. Delays due to these factors are not my responsibility.
Packaging
Small paintings on paper are packed in board-backed envelopes and posted using Pos Indonesia or tracked international services.
Paintings on canvas are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in sturdy boxes. They are shipped using tracked services by Pos Indonesia or similar international services.
Payment
I accept PayPal. If you do not have an existing PayPal account and wish to make a purchase, simply select PayPal as your payment method and follow the steps.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Please note that taxes are not included in my prices. You may be charged VAT/local taxes upon collecting your items. Apologies for any confusion.
Returns & Refunds
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item if you are dissatisfied or have an issue with your order via email at cinhapsariart@gmail.com
Things you need to understand:
Items must be returned within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued as a money-back (PayPal).
Return shipping will be paid by the Buyer.
Any return shipping costs such as Customs Duty, VAT, Surcharges, or Special Fees incurred during the return process will be borne by the Buyer.
Return shipments must come with a tracking code.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Discounted items, sale items, items from discount bundles.
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns, or offer refunds for custom or personalized orders.
Every effort has been made to display the artwork as accurately as possible regarding size and color. The images you see online may show differences due to variations between browsers, devices, and screen settings. Any variation between the displayed images and the actual artwork is not considered a mistake, and minor inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for returns.
Lost or damaged items, including those not returned in their original condition during the return process, will not receive a refund.
We cannot issue refunds without receipt of the item or proof of return shipping received.
This policy only applies to transactions through the website www.cinhapsari.com and does not apply to artworks sold through galleries or other third parties. All artworks sold through third parties will follow their respective rules and policies.
